SiriusXM NFL Radio, Sirius XM Radio’s (NASDAQ:SIRI) exclusive NFL talk channel, will provide fans with a daily stream of the latest news and information as the National Football League resumes regular business in preparation for the upcoming season.
With the NFL clubs and the NFL Players Association having reached a new collective bargaining agreement this week, SiriusXM NFL Radio will continue to be the premier source of NFL news and analysis 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The highly anticipated Free Agency Signing Period begins this week and a flurry of personnel moves are expected. SiriusXM NFL Radio will provide up-to-the-minute news on free agent and rookie signings and the channel’s expert hosts will provide comprehensive analysis of the latest roster changes and rumors from around the league.
Listeners will continue to hear in-depth interviews with players, coaches and team executives from all 32 franchises. SiriusXM NFL Radio will also broadcast live from team training camps, giving NFL fans around the country unique access to their favorite teams as they prepare for the 2011 season.
On Saturday, August 6th, SiriusXM NFL Radio will present a full day of live coverage from the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, OH, for the 2011 enshrinement ceremonies. Listeners will hear live coverage as the class of 2011 is inducted, which includes Richard Dent, Marshall Faulk, Chris Hanburger, Les Richter, Ed Sabol, Deion Sanders and Shannon Sharpe.
