Sirius XM Radio (NASDAQ:SIRI) Holiday Music ChannelsIt’s that time of year again! Sirius XM Radio (NASDAQ:SIRI) will be launching its wide-ranging holiday music programming lineup, featuring seven commercial-free specialty channels celebrating the holiday season, beginning November 13th.

Sirius XM Radio’s holiday music channels will offer listeners a wide variety of classical Christmas carols, traditional holiday songs, country music Christmas classics, Latin seasonal music, holiday soul music, Hanukkah music and contemporary festive music.

Sirius XM’s holiday music channels are commercial-free and will be available on multiple satellite radio channels and online via SiriusXM’s Internet Radio platform and the SiriusXM Internet Radio App for smartphones and other connected devices. All channels that are being pre-empted on the satellite radio service for this limited-run, seasonal holiday programming will continue to be made available online and via the SiriusXM Internet Radio App.

Sirius XM Radio’s holiday channel lineup features:

Holiday Traditions (via satellite on channel 4 and SiriusXM Internet Radio channel 755) will feature traditional holiday recordings from the ‘40s through the ‘60s by artists such as Bing Crosby, Andy Williams, Ray Conniff and Nat “King” Cole.
(Tuesday, November 13th—Monday, December 31st)

Holly (via satellite on channel 17 and SiriusXM Internet Radio channel 756) will feature contemporary holiday music as well as traditional favorites, including songs by Mariah Carey, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Whitney Houston, Colbie Caillat, Josh Groban, the cast of Glee and Michael Buble.
(Tuesday, November 13th—Monday, December 31st)

Holiday Pops (via satellite on channel 75 and SiriusXM Internet Radio channel 757) will feature classical Christmas carols and holiday favorites performed by the greatest classical musicians of all-time, including the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, Luciano Pavarotti, New York Philharmonic, King’s College Choir, Boston Pops and Thomas Hampson.
(Tuesday, December 4th—Wednesday, December 26th)

Country Christmas (via satellite on channel 58 and SiriusXM Internet Radio channel 758) will feature a wide-ranging assortment of country Christmas music, including Garth Brooks, Carrie Underwood and Lady Antebellum.
(Tuesday, December 4th—Wednesday, December 26th)

Navidad (SiriusXM channel 501 and SiriusXM Internet Radio channel 760) will feature contemporary Latin holiday music and traditional sounds, including Ricky Martin, Gloria Estefan, José Feliciano, Aventura, Marco Antonio Solís and Christina Aguilera.
(Tuesday, December 4th—Monday, January 7th)
*Navidad will be available on SiriusXM Lynx, SiriusXM Edge and select Chrysler vehicles

Holiday Soul (via satellite on channel 49 and SiriusXM Internet Radio channel 759) will feature classic soul and Motown holiday music from the ‘60s and ‘70s, and R&B holiday music from the ‘80s and ‘90s including Aretha Franklin, Temptations, James Brown, Lou Rawls, Smokey Robinson & The Miracles, Dionne Warwick, The Jackson 5, The Four Tops, The Supremes, The O’Jays, Gladys Knight, Luther Vandross, Whitney Houston and Toni Braxton.
(Tuesday, December 11th—Wednesday, December 26th)

Radio Hanukkah (via satellite on channel 69 and SiriusXM Internet Radio channel 761) will feature an extensive collection of Hanukkah music, including contemporary, traditional and children’s Hanukkah selections.
