Sirius XM Radio (NASDAQ:SIRI) announced today that Academy Award-winning director, writer and producer Oliver Stone will sit down for an in-depth Q&A session with an audience of SiriusXM listeners and fans for a wide-ranging conversation about his life, award-winning film career, fascination with American history and new documentary series and book, Oliver Stone’s Untold History of the United States.
Oliver Stone, the Academy Award-winning director of iconic movies such as Platoon, Wall Street, JFK, Natural Born Killers and W, will sit down with a studio audience at SiriusXM’s New York City headquarters to field questions, as well as offer his insight and perspective on the social and political issues driving the national conversation today. Topics will include Oliver Stone’s Untold History of the United States, a documentary series premiering on Showtime on November 12th that explores wars and crises that have shaped America’s history.
Hosted by Sirius XM Radio’s Pete Dominick, SiriusXM’s Town Hall with Oliver Stone will premiere on Wednesday, November 14th at 6:00 pm ET on SiriusXM Stars Too (Sirius Radio and XM Radio channel 104). Encore presentations will air on November 15th at 8:00 pm, November 16 at 11:00 pm ET, November 17th at 12:00 pm and 7:00 pm ET and November 18th at 7:00 am and 11:00 am ET on SiriusXM Stars Too. SiriusXM’s Town Hall with Oliver Stone will also air on SiriusXM Stars (Sirius and XM channel 107) on November 16th at 7:00 pm, November 18th at 6:00 pm ET and November 18th at 12:00 pm ET.
