Sirius XM Radio’s (NASDAQ:SIRI) P.O.T.U.S. channel, the 24/7 non-partisan news and talk channel dedicated to “The Politics of the United States,” has hired veteran White House correspondent Julie Mason to be the host of The Press Pool. Mason’s first day on air as host will be Friday, November 18th.

I am thrilled to join the talented staff of the SiriusXM P.O.T.U.S. channel. We are plotting some great new ideas for this election year and as always, keeping a discerning eye on the White House. I really think fans of the channel and new listeners who tune in as the political season kicks into high gear are going to love it.
